2. Artwork Approvals
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork, including colors, spellings, and design details, before production begins. Once production has commenced based on customer-approved artwork, The Embroidery Guys cannot be held responsible for any errors or changes requested by the customer.
3. Custom Patches
For custom patches, customers must approve the digitized artwork and design details before production begins. The turnaround time for patches is typically 10 to 12 working days after approval. The Embroidery Guys ships via DHL and FedEx, and shipping charges are included in the quotation and are non-refundable. If a shipment is lost or damaged during transit, The Embroidery Guys will reproduce the shipment at no additional cost, provided the customer has paid 50% of the order amount upfront.
4. Digitizing and Vector Art Conversion
The Embroidery Guys offers digitizing and vector art conversion services with a turnaround time of 4 to 8 hours for standard orders and 2 hours for rush orders. Small edits are provided free of charge. Payment for these services can be made via checks, major US credit cards, or PayPal. Payment terms may vary depending on the customer's business profile.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for all services must be made in full before production begins. The Embroidery Guys accepts checks at the address provided on the website, as well as all major US credit cards and PayPal.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall The Embroidery Guys, its officers, directors, or employees be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or services, whether such damages are direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental.
